We worked a lot on grounding me and on such a profound level that it seems to me for the first time that it really has a lasting effect and that I can continue to build from here. I feel held and safe here on Mother Earth, feel much more confidently and strongly. Of course my fears are still there, but now I have the courage and inner strengt to face these fears.
